Vehicle Technician

The Vehicle Technician will ensure all vehicles meet safety and quality standards, contributing to customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our service centre.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nConduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify faults and issues.\n\t\nPerform repairs and maintenance tasks including engine diagnostics, brake repairs, suspension work, and electrical system troubleshooting.\n\t\nUse hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out repairs with precision.\n\t\nTest vehicles post-repair to ensure proper functioning before returning to customers.\n\t\nMaintain detailed records of all work carried out on each vehicle.\n\t\nAssist in ordering parts and managing inventory to ensure smooth workflow.\n\t\nAdhere strictly to health and safety regulations during all tasks, including heavy lifting procedures when handling large or heavy components.\n\t\nProvide excellent customer service by explaining repair work clearly and professionally.\n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience or strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics is essential.\n\t\nLevel 3 qualified or Equivalent\n\t\nAbility to perform heavy lifting safely when handling vehicle parts or equipment.\n\t\nStrong organisational skills with attention to detail in diagnosing issues and documenting work.\n\t\nAbility to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
