An exciting time to join our clients business.\n\nWe are seeking a Surgical Business Development Manager to drive education and business in South of England\n\n * Position Business Development Manager (Surgical)\n\n * Region , covering the South of England\n\n * Salary £40,000 to £49,000\n\n * Car Allowance\n\n * Bonus of £10,000 Uncapped\n\nThe role would suit somone with a proven track record in surgical sales or a clinician wishing to transistion to a commercial role\n\nPurpose of Role\n\nThe role will be responsible for the business developmment and education to hospital theatres of in their area for all surgical categories, such as Surgical Consumables and Lasers.\n\nTheatre support and training for key surgical teams across both the NHS & private sector\nTo arrive promptly to theatre lists with the correct equipment required for surgeries and to conduct yourself in a professional manner\n\nRole Responsibilities\n\n· Drive growth in line with targets.\n\n· Increase sales across all product categories.\n\n· Increase customer base.\n\n· Devise clear strategy to maximise efficiency and drive sales.\n\n· Open, develop and establish brand in foreign markets.\n\n· Develop new business leads.\n\nExperience, Skills and Abilities\n\nKnowledge and experience of the Surgical market is required\n\nExcellent analytical skills\n\nStrong administrative management skills\n\nNumerate – commercially oriented\n\nConsummate communicator – both verbally and in writing\n\nExcellent interpersonal skills\n\nStrong command of Excel and Office Suite.\n\nConfident decision maker within given remit\n\nExperienced in account planning, sales reporting systems and analytical work\n\nThorough and persistent\n\nHard working and energetic
