Site Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a well-established contractor.\n\nThis is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who is confident running sites, implementing fyllafoam in between the cables and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDay-to-day management of site operations on fit out projects\n\nSupervising subcontractors and direct labour\n\nEnsuring health & safety standards are met at all times\n\nManaging site programmes and coordinating works\n\nConducting toolbox talks and site inductions\n\nMaintaining quality control and snagging\n\nReporting progress to Project Managers and senior team\n\nRequirements:\n\nValid SSSTS\n\nValid CSCS\nFirst Aid at Work certificate\n\nLevel 2 in Firestopping\n\nStrong understanding of health & safety procedures\n\nAbility to manage multiple trades and work to deadlines\n\nExcellent communication and organisational skills
