Remedial Plumber/ Maintenance Plumber – **Move into Team Leading**\n\nCovering - London/South-East\n\n£35000-£42000 + Van + Benefits\n\nOur client is an environmental services consultancy covering Commercial, Education and Health Care contracts across the London/South-East region. They currently require a Remedial Plumber / Maintenance Plumber to join their team and help with the growth of the business eventually moving into a team leader and management position.\n\nThe Remedial Plumber / Maintenance Plumber will be responsible for both installing and maintaining existing systems and in line with industry guidelines.\n\n * Typical work will include - leak detection, pipework modifications/replace, water hygiene duties, sanitary replacements and tank inspections and replace.\n\n * Other work to include – Instal/replace TMV’s, install and replace water heaters, expansion vessels and other on-going maintenance.\n\n * Maintain site logbooks including recommendations for further work.\n\nTo apply for the Remedial Plumber / Maintenance Plumber the following is required\n\n * 4+ years’ experience in a Remedial Plumber or Maintenance Plumber position\n\n * Hold Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ in Plumbing and Heating\n\n * Ideally hold previous experience in water hygiene duties\n\n * A sound understanding of ACOP L8 and HSG274 industry guidelines\n\n * Full UK driving licence.\n\n * DBS checked (Enhanced)\n\nThe Remedial Plumber / Maintenance Plumber will receive a van (private use), performance bonus, industry training, mobile and a flexible work pattern.
