Vehicle compliance/maintenance records / Operator Licence Compliance. Working closely with 2 operations managers\nWorking closely with the Workshop to ensure vehicle services and repairs meet agreed SLA's and attend monthly meetings\nProblem-solving\nWhat we're looking for;\n\nEssential:\n\nPrevious experience of operating within an operational capacity with a focus on H&S within a similar industry\nStrong and effective communication skills with the ability to communicate with people of all levels\nAbility to organise resources and manage labour to meet operational demands\nWorking with a quality management system e.g. ISO Managing transport fleet compliance\nExperienced IT Skills\nGood understanding of legal regulations e.g Road Haulage and Operations and Health and Safety at work\nDesirable:\n\nProactively research upcoming legislation changes and remain up to date on activities and changes within our sector\nKnowledge of the management of other waste management facilities\nIOSH qualification.\nCPC in road haulage\nWhat's next?\n\nApply today, so we can make a difference for generations to come.\n\nWe're proud to have been named as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work for three consecutive years in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
