This is a fantastic opportunity to join a popular, manufacturer backed dealership known for its strong reputation, modern facilities, and commitment to staff development.\n\nAs a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for:\n\nCarrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards\n\nDiagnosing faults using the latest diagnostic equipment\n\nCompleting warranty work in line with manufacturer guidelines\n\nConducting vehicle health checks and identifying upsell opportunities\n\nMaintaining high levels of efficiency and productivity\n\nYou'll be joining a professional and supportive workshop environment where quality and customer satisfaction are key priorities.\n\nWorking Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:30pm | Saturdays: 1 in 4 rota, 8:00am - 2:00pm\n\nWhat's on Offer:\n\nBasic Salary: Starting from £35,000 (will increase depending on experience)\n\nOTE: Uncapped earnings!\n\nProductivity and efficiency-based bonus scheme\n\nAdditional earning potential through upsell opportunities\n\nWhat We're Looking For;\n\nQualified Level 3 Vehicle Technician (or equivalent)\n\nStrong diagnostic and fault-finding skills\n\nMOT licence (desirable but not essential)\n\nFull UK driving licence\n\nA positive attitude and team-focused approach\n\nThis role would suit a technician who wants to be valued, rewarded for performance, and given clear opportunities to progress within a reputable branded dealership.\n\nApply today with an up to date CV for a confidential conversation.\n\nWho are you applying to?\n\nThe Solution Automotive Recruitment have been placing candidates into the UK Motor Trade since 1999.
