Price for schemes based on schedule of rates currently used, usingfull working drawing packages. Producing tender packages for projects, based on tender information available. Producing prices and programming small works.\n\nCost Analysis for all submitted tender and priced packages being sent from Forecourt Limited.

Compile and use subcontractor tender information and prices based on the scope of works. Write and compile subcontractor orders and qualify subcontractor’s competence for completing tasks.\n\nEnsure take off information is compiled and written including equipment that is required to be purchased by the buyer. Drawing distribution lists compiled for the correct drawing distribution to subcontractors.\n\nIdeal Candidate.\n\nOur ideal candidate is dynamic and hardworking and can work within a high-qualityand high output team.
