You will be joining a highly supportive team of teachers, teaching assistants, therapists, and SEN professionals who work collaboratively to provide the best possible outcomes for pupils. The RoleAs an Intervention Support Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who require additional academic, emotional, and behavioural support. You will deliver targeted interventions, provide 1:1 and small group support, and help pupils develop the skills and confidence needed to engage successfully within the classroom.
