Employment and Skills Trainer

Do you have a passion for wanting to train adults and have a clear understanding of the challenges and difficulties of training adults\n\n• Preparing and delivering training\n• Assessing and evaluating results and providing performance feedback\n• Maintaining a professional training environment classroom management\n• Promoting courses to internal and external stakeholders\n\n• Ideally a recognised Teaching qualification such as PTTLS or PGCE - or willing to be funded to complete a tutor/teacher training course as part of your CPD\n• Ability to work to strict targets and with people from various backgrounds\n• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills\n• Experience of working in the welfare-to-work or any other similar relevant sector\n• Background in preparing and delivering training courses\n• A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma\n• GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification). OR achievement of a Level 2 in Literacy Assessment at interview stage.\n\nDesirable Qualifications\n\n * \n\n Ability to empathise with our clients members and motivate them - Passion for delivering excellent training and making long-term positive changes for our members\n\n * \n\n Resilience, creativity and adaptability Willingness to travel locally (e.g. to deliver training/courses/meet Learners/Employers)\n\nAlongside a generous base salary and great flexibility with your working schedule, we offer training, development and progression opportunities.
