Assistant Quantity Surveyor

We are working with a busy, growing Main Contractor who are looking to recruit a driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor to help manage a brand new, high value apartment led scheme in Bristol. Working with a well-established commercial team, this role offers autonomy, visibility, and the chance to make a real impact on a multi-phase project with long-term potential.

The Role

:
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in all aspects of the development, from pre-construction through to final accounts. You’ll work closely with site teams, technical, and procurement departments to ensure budgets are maintained, risks are managed, and financial reporting is accurate and timely.
