An outstanding SEN school in Warrington is seeking a caring and passionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team and help create an inspiring learning environment.\n\nIf you enjoy working with children and young people with SEN - including communication difficulties, hearing and visual impairments, cognition needs and behavioural needs - Academics are wanting to hear from you!\n\nAs a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will:\n\nProvide one-to-one and group support to students with SEN\nFoster a nurturing and inclusive environment where students can flourish academically and emotionally.\nAssist students in overcoming barriers to learning and promoting positive behaviour.\nCollaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to develop personalised learning strategies.\nImplement effective interventions and support plans tailored to meet individual needs.\nEncourage independence, self-esteem, and resilience in students through engaging activities.\nMonitor progress and provide feedback to teachers, helping to evaluate and adapt teaching approaches.
